In 2017 Dr. Michel performed a rumba, cha cha, tango, and samba for over 750 spectators at the Palace Theatre. Having never danced before; not only did it take a lot of time, energy, and heart; but a lot of nerve as well. You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout I’m telling you why: Santa Claus is coming to Youngwood. Beginning at 6:00 PM, Christmas festivities will be buzzing on Depot Street. At 6:30, Santa will arrive via the Youngwood VFD. Children young and old will not want to miss this exciting event.
